No, I don’t think so. But before you leap in utter disagreement – the majority seem to think they are overrated – I’d like to regard this article as very opinionated, in my defense, to say the least. Therefore, let us agree to disagree. Well, we can mutually agree that the name Harley Davidson conveys expensive. Their motorcycles are expensive, their dealership is expensive, hell, even the Harley-Davidson OEM parts are expensive! However, is it all worth the money? Yes! Here’s why:
Nice Equipment Doesn’t Come Cheap
Ever heard that good quality is never cheap and cheap quality is never good? Here is the practicality. A Harley that’s been off the road all year round every day will still have the same leather seats, body paint without rust just as a new motorcycle. This leaves me confident that Harley is my go-to dealer.
Simply put, if your wallet is thin, maybe a Harley should not make your budget. Although, it’s always goods to keep an eye out for it if you afford one or are willing to make the sacrifice and enjoy longer ‘premium’ rides.
The Brand Comes Before the Product
For renowned companies such as Harley Davidson, their brand is a bond between them and their customers. As a result, they get to enjoy customer loyalty all year long from buyers ready to purchase the brand name even for half the performance and double the maintenance of a regular bike model.
Being A Biker Is All About the Experience
A Harley Davidson sure looks good and sounds terrific. I can’t help but imagine the envious glances I’d be getting if I was the rider considering I’ve only got on top of a Harley that’s my friends – not to mention I take great advantage of the demo days. You should try it sometime. Nonetheless, your entitlement and boosted ego are sure covered in the price tag so don’t be too excited yet. It is all about the ride! The rest is hearsay. So if your pockets run deep, why not buy some respect and fame and ride your way to the YOLO – you only live once – slogan? After all, it feels nice to pamper yourself every once in a while, this time you just got to go big.
With finality, I’m positive we can now get around why Harley Davidson is a brand of its own.
